Binding/Penetration Enzymes

Description: When penetrating an egg, enzymes in sperm recognize and eat through the sugary coating of the egg. This investigational substance mimics the sugary coating and binds to the sperm while they are still in the epididymis. Once sperm bind with the mimic, they can no longer bind with the egg.
